Swordfish Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. peanut oil
2 tsp. grated lime peel
1/4 c. lime juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 bunch scallions
pepper

Preparation

Marinate steaks for 1 hour.
Grill.
Makes enough marinade for 1 swordfish steak.
