Salmon Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices bread, crusts removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can red salmon
    3 eggs, separated
    salt
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Heat milk in double boiler; add bread, butter and liquid from salmon.
    Add beaten egg yolks and salt; cook until thick.
    Add cheese.
    Cool and add salmon.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
    Bake in buttered dish.
    Place dish in pan of water and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
