Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe

2 c. cooked mashed carrots
1 stick oleo
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 well-beaten eggs
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart Pyrex casserole.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
