Chicken Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cooked chicken (may substitute canned chunk chicken if in a hurry)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 diced onion
    3 cloves fresh garlic
    1 (32 oz.) jar garden-style spaghetti sauce
    1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
    lasagna noodles
    1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
    fresh lemon juice
    butter
    garlic
    1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    2 large eggs
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated or sliced
Preparation
    Simmer salt, pepper, onion, garlic cloves, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and tomato paste for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. While sauce is simmering, boil lasagna noodles, drain and rinse with cold water.
    Saute 1 pound of sliced fresh mushrooms in butter and garlic and squeeze with fresh lemon juice.
    Mix cottage cheese, eggs and Parmesan cheese.
