Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 large eggs or egg substitute
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flaked coconut
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Place butter in 1 cup glass measure; microwave on High 1 minute.
Set aside.
Break eggs into mixing bowl.
Beat with electric mixer until lemon colored.
Add butter, brown sugar, flour, baking powder and vanilla.
Blend well.
Stir in nuts and coconut.
Pour into 8-inch round microproof baking dish. Microwave on High for 6 minutes.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
Cool completely before cutting into bars or wedges.
