Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomatoes, cut up
    1 small can water
    pepper
    1 small can tomato paste
    salt
    flour
Preparation
    Cut steak into small pieces.
    Rub into flour and salt.
    Put into skillet and brown.
    Pour off excess grease.
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste and water.
    Simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
