Stuffed Cubanella Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Stale bread, cubed
    4-5 cloves garlic
    1/2 lb. hot/sweet bulk sausage
    Cubanella peppers
    A lot of grated cheese
    Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation
    Soak bread in water to soften.
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Add softened bread, minced garlic, cheese and pepper to sausage.
    Core out peppers and stuff with mix.
    Bake or fry peppers in oil.
