Stuffed Pepper Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato sauce (28 oz.)
    1 can diced tomatoes (undrained, 28 oz.)
    2 c. cooked long grain white rice
    2 c. chopped green bell peppers
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until peppers are tender.
