Quick Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    2 c. low-fat cottage cheese (small curd)
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except Parmesan cheese.
    Mix and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
