Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Old English Cheddar (I use any kind of Cheddar)
    8 oz. cream cheese
    6 oz. Blue cheese (I use about 4 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. grated onion
    pinch of garlic powder
    pinch of salt and pepper
    1 tsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Grate cheese and blend all ingredients together.
    Shape into a ball and roll in parsley or nuts.
    Keep refrigerated.
