Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. milk or buttermilk
butter and syrup
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix flour, milk, eggs and sugar.
Melt butter in skillet or griddle.
Pour batter into hot pan or griddle.
Let pancakes cook until holes appear and then flip.
Serve with butter and hot syrup.
