Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4-5 c. cold, pared and diced potatoes (4-6 medium potatoes)
    2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
    1/2 chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped red onion
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    3 Tbsp. diced red bell pepper
    salt and pepper
    1 c. Marzetti slaw dressing
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Mix well and chill. Garnish with more eggs, small tomato halves, and/or olives if desired.
