Chicken Fried Rice(Chinese Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    12 oz. chopped chicken
    6 c. cooked rice
    1 bunch green onions
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Set wok on high.
    Pour 1 tablespoon oil in wok.
    Add eggs quickly.
    Stir until solid.
    Set aside.
    Add 1 tablespoon oil and chicken.
    Stir quickly until done.
    Add all other ingredients, stirring constantly.
    Add soy sauce as you are cooking (you can use more soy sauce if desired).
    This is done when peas are no longer frozen (15 to 20 minutes).
