Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 large sweet potatoes
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1/4 c. melted butter or oleo
sugar to taste
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Peel and boil potatoes in pot of water until tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
Drain.
Beat 4 or 6 times with mixer to get out strings in potatoes while hot.
Beat eggs well.
Add condensed milk, sugar to taste, butter, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.
Pour in pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 to 60 minutes, until firm and not shaking or test with a knife in middle comes clean.
