Longhorn Beef Round Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    1/3 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. Open Pit barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. sugar
    small onion
    1/8 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    crushed red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook chuck roast in slow cooker. Shred with fork.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook down 1 to 2 hours.
