Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. Minute rice
1 can mushroom soup
2 tsp. chopped pimentos (optional)
1/2 envelope onion soup mix
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 fryer
Preparation

Mix all.
Put in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cut up one fryer and dip in melted butter.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Place chicken on top of mix and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
