Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium bag Doritos corn chips
    1 medium fryer, boiled and deboned
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Stir-fry onion and bell pepper in margarine or shortening. Then add soups, tomatoes, garlic salt and chili powder.
