Chicken Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. or 1 (5 oz.) can chopped cooked chicken, drained
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. mild picante sauce
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. light sour cream
    4 large lettuce leaves
    4 (6-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; stir until well blended.
    Place 1 lettuce leaf on each flour tortilla.
    Spread with 1/4 cup chicken mixture down center of each leaf.
    Fold lettuce leaf over filling.
    Roll up tortillas, enclosing filling.
    Wrap each filled tortilla, seam side down, in plastic wrap.
    Makes 4.
