Corn Light Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. skimmed buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. Butter Buds (made up)
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Sift together first 3 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients. Mix all well with electric mixer.
    Bake in a loaf pan that has been sprayed well with Pam.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
