Never Fail Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, separated
    flavor with nutmeg or vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add sugar, flavoring, flour, milk and beaten egg yolks.
    Mix well.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
