Nana'S Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    2 pkg. cream cheese (3 oz. each)
    1 c. cashew nuts
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    paprika or parsley
Preparation
    Put Cheddar cheese through food grinder, using finest blade. Soften and whip cream cheese.
    Put cashews through grinder; same blade.
    Mix all ingredients except paprika.
    Shape into a roll or ball.
    Then roll in lots of paprika or parsley.
    The roll should be really red or green on the outside.
    Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate.
    This keeps well in your refrigerator.
