Smackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg white
    2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg white\tto a peak;
    add flour, sugar and vanilla. Fold pecans
    in.
    Coat
    well.
    Spread
    on brown paper bag sprayed with
    Pam.\tPreheat
    oven
    at
    250\u00b0.
    Cook 30 minutes. Turn heat off and leave in oven for 30 minutes with heat off.
