Honeyed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, sliced
    3 Tbsp. orange juice
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. grated lemon zest (yellow part of peel)
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
    3 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Combine the carrots, water, orange juice, lemon zest, butter, salt, ginger and honey in a saucepan.
    Place over low heat.
    Cover and cook about 20 minutes or until carrots are tender.
    Serves 4.
