Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pumpkin
    2 c. brown sugar
    5 eggs
    3 1/2 c. milk (if mixture is dry, use 4 c.)
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bake in unbaked pie shell at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    This makes 7 cups of filling, so it will yield 3 small pies or 2 large ones.
    Can also bake as a pudding!
