Meat And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground hamburger
1 onion
1 green pepper
1/2 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
5 potatoes, sliced
3 carrots, sliced

Preparation

Cook potatoes and carrots until tender; drain.
Brown meat, then pepper and onions; drain.
Mix milk, margarine and flour. Bring to a boil to make a thin sauce, then layer potatoes and carrots in baking dish with meat.
Add sauce and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
