Potato And Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. oil
    1 pinch salt
    2 c. fresh green beans, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 c. boiled potato, diced
Preparation
    Mix oil, vinegar and salt.
    Place potatoes in bowl with beans and chopped egg.
    Pour dressing over, mixing with care to avoid mashing potatoes.
    Stir in or sprinkle with parsley and serve either hot or cold.
