Cajun Catfish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. catfish fillets, in 1-inch chunks
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 c. chopped cabbage
    1 crushed garlic clove
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    2 c. water
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Fry onions, cabbage and garlic in oil in a large pot.
    Add all but fish and simmer, covered, 25 minutes.
    Add fish and cook 10 minutes more or until all ingredients are tender.
