1 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 c. thinly sliced onion, sauteed and browned
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. half and half
1 c. sun-dried tomato and basil flavored Feta cheese*
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

*May substitute plain Feta cheese plus 1 teaspoon sun-dried tomato bits and 1 teaspoon snipped fresh basil.
