Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 (9-inch) baked pie crust (made from polyunsaturated fat)
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
2 (4 oz.) pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding (not instant)
2 c. skim milk
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation

Pour milk into 2-quart saucepan.
Stir in pudding and pumpkin pie spice until dissolved.
Add pumpkin and blend until well combined.
Heat mixture on medium heat until it boils.
Gently cook 1 minute and stir to prevent burning.
Pour into cooled crust and chill.
