Sunday Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sized potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced in rings
    1 medium bell pepper, sliced in rings
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Layer potatoes, onion and pepper in casserole dish.
    Pour soup over top evenly.
    Cover and bake 2 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
