Garbanzo Dip Or Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, drained garbanzos
1 tsp. salt
2 garlic cloves
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. tahini
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
-
Puree garbanzos, salt and garlic in blender.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
(If too thick, add small amount of liquid drained from garbanzos.)
Use as dip for raw vegetables or as bagel or bread spread.
