Diabetic Peanut Butter Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 tsp. salt
artificial sweetener equivalent to 3/4 cup sugar

Preparation

Beat egg whites and salt until foamy. Add sugar and beat until peaks form. Fold in peanut butter. Drop 1 inch apart on greased sheet and bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
