Molded Asparagus Salad(Serves 10 To 12) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of asparagus soup
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lime gelatin
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1 c. cold water
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Heat soup to boiling.
Remove from heat.
Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Add cream cheese and blend well.
Add celery, green pepper, pecans and onions.
Blend together the water, mayonnaise and lemon juice and stir into mixture.
Pour into a mold and chill until firm.
