Low-Fat Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen hash browns, shredded
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) low-fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) container fat-free sour cream
    8 oz. (2 c.) low-fat Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Coat casserole dish with vegetable spray.
    Place mixture evenly in casserole dish.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
