Butterhorn Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. milk, scalded
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Cool milk.
Add the milk, salt, sugar, egg and flour to the yeast mixture.
Mix and knead until well mixed.
Place in greased pan, covering with a towel; let rise until double in size.
Roll out in circles; brush with melted butter or margarine.
Cut in pie shaped wedges; roll up.
Brush with margarine again.
Let rise.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, or until brown.
