Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil; add eggs and beat well.
    Add dry ingredients, carrots and nuts.
    Bake at 300\u00b0.
