Smoked Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red salmon, drained and flaked
    1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat process cream cheese product, softened
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    48 whole wheat Melba rounds
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl, cover and chill thoroughly. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
    Serve spread with Melba rounds.
    Yields 16 appetizer servings.
