Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. white wine
1 c. chopped, ripe olives
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Beat cream cheese with mustard and wine until smooth.
Add olives and Cheddar cheese.
Form into ball.
Wrap in waxed paper and chill.
Roll in sunflower nuts or finely chopped walnuts before serving.
(Nice to keep on hand during holidays for \"drop-in\" visitors.)
