Steaks In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 quick-cooking steaks (rib, porterhouse or salisbury)
    seasoned salt or garlic salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    butter
    several minced green onions
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    parsley to taste
    salt to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Brown steaks in a frying pan; season with seasoned salt, garlic salt, and/or pepper as desired.
    Remove steaks from pan and drain off fat.
    Add 1 tablespoon butter and several minced green onions to pan; cook for about 1 minute.
    Add 1/2 cup dry sherry and boil down.
    Remove from heat and beat in some butter.
    Season with pepper and parsley, as desired (and salt if necessary). Serve over steaks.
