Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. butter
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Drain fat.
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Coat chicken in mixture.
    Melt butter in baking dish.
    Place chicken, skin side down.
    Drain fat from pan, turn chicken.
    Bake chicken 45 minutes or until thickest pieces are done.
    Once chicken has been turned, reduce oven to 375\u00b0.
