Empanadas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. whole kernel corn
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 scrambled egg
    1 can biscuits
Preparation
    Roll biscuits flat.
    Take egg and brush on flat biscuits. Brown ground beef; drain.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Spoon on center of biscuit.
    Fold over and press edges with a fork.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes on baking sheet.
