Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium-size onions, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    8 c. sliced zucchini (with skin)
    4 c. chicken broth
    2 tsp. tarragon vinegar
    2 tsp. dill weed
    2 large boiling potatoes, quartered
Preparation
    Garnish hot soup with Parmesan cheese or cold soup with sour cream.
