Chicken With Oyster Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken thighs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 garlic cloves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/8 c. water
    3 tsp. sugar
    3/4 c. oyster sauce
    3/4 c. green onion
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and coat with flour.
    Heat shortening and garlic, then add chicken.
    Stir until brown on high heat.
