Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. warm water (approximately)
Preparation
    Mix flour, shortening and warm water.
    Add a little at a time until consistency of pie dough.
    Knead 50 times.
    Divide into 1 1/2-inch balls.
    Put in a bowl and cover with a cloth for 20 minutes.
    Roll out thin.
    Fry in hot skillet 10 to 15 minutes each side.
    Serves 20.
