Butter Pecan Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 small box butter pecan pudding mix
    1 1/2 c. crushed pecans
    1 1/2 qt. milk or more to fill gal. freezer
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, evaporated milk, flavoring and pudding well. Add
    pecans and butter.
    Pour in freezer bucket and add milk. Freeze and enjoy.
