Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil (Mazola or Wesson)
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 2/3 c. flour, sifted
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine oil, milk and vinegar.
    Mix dry ingredients together and then pour liquid ingredients over the dry ingredients.
    Add egg and vanilla.
    Beat 4 minutes.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 3 layers or large sheet cake.
    The cake is moist.
