Hamburger Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger or venison
    1 c water
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Roll into 3 logs.
    Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Place rolls on a cookie sheet and poke several holes in the bottom of each roll so juices will drain. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Cool and slice.
