Diabetic Easy Baked Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large baking apples
4 tsp. diabetic jelly
4 tsp. raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Core apple, leaving bottom intact.
Peel about 1-inch around top.
Fill each apple with raisins and jelly; dash cinnamon over apples.
Pour 1-inch of water around base of apples.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until apples are tender at 350\u00b0.
