Stuffed Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter (room temperature)
1 tsp. chives
1 tsp. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. grated cheese (Parmesan)
1 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
3 lb. boneless chicken breast
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in bowl and refrigerate.
Take chicken and pound thin between wax paper.
Take mixture and put ball of mixture in center of chicken.
Roll, dip in flour, egg and bread crumbs.
Place in baking pan close to each other and dot with butter.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown, 30 to 40 minutes.
