Tanuki "Crab" Cake Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (14 oz.) canned salmon
1 egg slightly beaten
1/2 green pepper minced
1 tsp. dry mustard
dash salt and pepper
1/3 c. dry Italian bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. mayo
canola or vegetable oil for cooking
Preparation

Remove any icky parts from the salmon.\tPlace all ingredients except oil in a bowl and mix together gently.
Form into half dollar sized cakes.
Cook in frying pan with just enough oil to prevent sticking, cook for three minutes on each side.
Serve with lemon wedges and/or tartar sauce.
